Message from the Principal
One of the most important decisions we can make for our children is the direction of their education.
As the principal of Brilliant Star Montessori School in the Northern Marianas, it is my privilege to offer our island community a world-class Montessori education in a vibrant tropical paradise, nestled at the footsteps of Asia.
At Brilliant Star, we foster intellectual and social independence. Our self-directed students are provided exemplary learning opportunities. We prepare our young people for taking responsibility of their world. We honor each child that enters our classrooms, and seek to better understand their desires, interests, and learning patterns as they grow. Our students are immersed in multi-sensory academic tasks that grow the discovery of self, culture, art, nature, and humanity.
Since our opening in 2000, Brilliant Star has transformed from one small classroom to five classrooms educating infants to children up to 12 years old. Though our campus may have changed, our mission statement continues. Our students uphold: Global Understanding, Service to Humanity, Exemplary Character, and Creative Minds.
